When 2020 began, we were all filled with excitement and anticipation for the year ahead. While things didn’t play out quite as expected over the past nine months, we have treated this time as an invitation to grow and refine our service to you: our patients. The main question we have been addressing is,
“Who do you want to be when this is all over?”
And here is one of the many gifts we found. Change how you speak to yourself. When we switch our mindset from “I hope I can” to “I am a person who…” (insert your goal here; for example, “learns new things and applies them, helps others be peaceful and well, exercises regularly, makes healthy food decisions more often than not, etc). Then we begin to make positive change. Try this on yourself and make sure you add “more often than not” to your goal, since after all we are not perfect!
This is such an empowering perspective to take! Over the past year, Susannah and Lorrie have been digging deep, clarifying our purpose, evaluating all aspects of the clinic and finding ways to better serve you all. From streamlining processes, adding educational webinars and online herb refills, implementing telemedicine visits…to bringing on a new medical director and improving our collaboration with Gallatin Valley Natural Medicine…and setting up the practice to allow for the addition of a new acupuncturist, we are ready to help you in your health goals in 2021. All this with our purpose in mind, to promote peace and wellbeing through collaborative natural health care.
We now invite you to ask yourself the same questions. What steps can you take now, in order to create better health and wellness for yourself and your family? And what can we do to help you on that journey?
