It’s hard to believe, but almost three months ago we sent out our first newsletter! It’s amazing how much has happened during that time. But our original thoughts, and intent, still hold true. Here’s what we said in that first message:
“We’ve been wanting to reach out to you for a long time, and now seemed like the perfect time to create a better connection with you. We’ve made it through the first week of social distancing…of having to stay home…of completely removing ourselves from our normal routines. Are you taking this time for self care and doing things to support your health and vitality? Here at Great Turning Healing Center, we practice collaborative medicine – we have tools to prevent and treat infection, support your immune system and lung health.”
That is still our goal! While we don’t want to inundate your email box, we do want to have an easy way to communicate with you. Our intent is to put these out as frequently as necessary, this could be 1 – 4 times per month. You will always have an option to opt out of receiving these newsletters.
We’d like to use this email to provide you with a better outline of the tools we have…and the ones that we are re-introducing. Here are some of the key things we’re implementing:
- Weekly Wellness Workshops: This is something we used to do in person. Now, we are bringing it back to you virtually! Every Wednesday, at noon, we will cover a different topic such as improving vitality, trimming belly fat and reconnecting with the life you love. These will last 30-45 minutes, and will be held via Zoom. Contact us to get signed up!
- Telemedicine: We’ve recently covered this topic in another email – can you tell that we’re excited about it?! The benefit of this service is that it allows you to receive the same high level of care you’re used to from us, and provides added convenience and continuity in helping you reach your health goals.

With summer upon us, are you finding yourself wanting to do more activities and (re)connect with your family and friends? Us too! We’d like to advise using caution, though, as the number of Covid-19 cases in the Gallatin Valley is increasing. It is necessary for you to be proactive in your health care to stay ahead of our next cold and flu season. Our next newsletter will be sharing specific strategies to take control of your health, so you can keep doing the things you love. Stay tuned for details…
