Moving Forward Into Spring

Last week we took time to reflect on the previous 12 months, acknowledging the unprecedented year we have all experienced. Now with the Lunar New Year behind us and spring rapidly approaching, we can look forward to what the Year of the Metal Ox could bring for us all – and it holds so much potential!

Spring is all about rebirth. Out of the stillness and cold of winter comes the budding and rising energy of spring. The days get a little longer and the sun shines a little brighter. Even with a long Bozeman winter, the change in seasons is apparent.

With the increased energy of the spring and the growth and development intention of the Year of the Metal Ox, it is the perfect time to focus on the foundations of your health. Everything stable begins with a strong foundation – the powerful ox reminds us of that.

At Guide to Wellness, we will be offering different health reset programs for the spring that focus on various foundational aspects of health along with six weeks of virtual group coaching sessions. We will be offering:

– Prolon 5 Day Fasting Mimicking Diet Program: short reset for blood sugar balance, insulin regulation and weight loss

– Standard Process 21 Day Purification Program: great food-based program for overall health

– Apex Energetics RepairVite Program: 30-60 day program for those wanting to focus on intestinal barrier support

– Apex Energetics Repair & Clear Program: 6 week program for comprehensive intestinal, liver detoxification, inflammation and autoimmune support

We will review health foundations along with our reset options in this webinar!

Madeline and Susannah team up to bring you some information and tools to get your system reset and ready to handle all the good things that spring can bring.
